What we’re doing

I am fighting for funding for an upgrade of Bungala Food Services to their larger premises at Tassie Street. This upgrade will include a new commercial kitchen, lecture room, toilets, changing rooms, warehousing and storage.

Why we’re doing it

Every elderly person deserves a hot meal, while everyone deserves the chance to learn cooking skills locally.

Bungala Food Service provides both, offering meals to the elderly and teaching hospitality skills right here in our community.

Their facilities are small, and well overdue for an upgrade. The Albanese Labor Government is ignoring this need
